General Guideline

What do you want to buy? You can buy goods from any website in China, inspect goods, and deliver one-stop service in 5 simple steps.

 

1. Select goods and submit purchasing order

If you see the goods you need on the shopping site in mainland China, please enter the member center "Daigou -> I want to buy", use "I want to buy" to extract product information or link the address of the goods you need to order in the search box on the website page Copy it in, and select the "Search" button, select product information according to the prompt information on the page, and fill in your product requirements in the product remarks column, and then add it to the shopping cart. You can modify the "Purchase Quantity", select the product options, and fill in the "Commodity Remarks".

Tips:

1. For products that are distinguished by color and size, please be sure to indicate in the remarks to facilitate the direct processing of your order.

2. For merchants' redemption products, please confirm whether the merchant's redemption requirements are met when you order, and then place the order after confirming that it is correct.

3. We will contact you for some overweight products and incomplete postage in the seller’s product information, and we will contact you, please confirm your order again. So, it is recommended that you pay attention to the status of your order after placing an order.

4. For virtual items, we are currently unable to help you order, please understand.


2. Commodity settlement

Enter "My Shopping Cart", you can see the products you just submitted, click "Go to the cashier to settle" and "Confirm settlement", after the payment is successful, we will immediately buy for you. If your ringgit RM account balance is insufficient, the system will prompt you to recharge first.


3. Order for you

When the purchasing staff receives the order you submitted, they will contact the seller to check and confirm the order according to your requirements for the goods.


4. Commodities arrive and submit for delivery

"You can arrange the deployment according to the weight of the goods yourself, everything you want. In addition, we provide you with a variety of transportation methods, you can choose according to your needs. Click on my order." The general shipping period by air is 5-7 working days, while the general shipping period by sea is 12-17 working days. The shipping period varies slightly in different countries.

5. Confirm receipt

After the above items are confirmed to be correct, fill in the waybill information when submitting the waybill. Please pay attention to the correctness of the information so that we can contact you in time. While waiting for the sender to deliver the goods, you need to keep the phone open so that the courier can contact you in time. Finally, after you have successfully received the goods, please go to our website to "confirm the receipt of the package"!

Order Status

Pending: The initial state after the order is submitted and waiting for the purchaser to process.

Processing: The order is confirmed and assigned to the corresponding purchasing personnel and is being processed.

On The Way: The goods are waiting to enter the AFM GLOBAL RESOURCES warehouse.

Arrived: The goods have entered the AFM GLOBAL RESOURCES warehouse, and the goods have been inspected. You can submit them for delivery. 

Mailed: The warehouse has sent the package to the destination, waiting for the customer to receive the goods.

Invalid Order: The product name and price are inconsistent with the submitted ones, the product is out of stock, the product has no picture or description, virtual goods, prohibited goods, etc., are all regarded as invalid orders

Waybill Status

Pending: The goods are waiting for AFM GLOBAL RESOURCES staff to process.

Waiting For Weighing: The goods are waiting for AFM GLOBAL RESOURCES employees to weigh.

Waiting For Payment: The waybill is waiting for payment from AFM GLOBAL RESOURCES customers.

Waiting For Delivery: The goods are waiting for delivery by AFM GLOBAL RESOURCES employees.  

Mailed: The product has been mailed to the destination, waiting to be received.  

Invalid Waybill: For problematic goods, staff and members.

 

*Note: When the actual delivery situation of the merchant does not match the product information submitted by the member, for example: the quantity is wrong, further confirmation with the member is required to enter the AFM GLOBAL RESOURCES warehouse. The description of the problem is provided to us through the customer service mailbox (info@jomimport.com), and the customer service specialist will handle it for you and give you a reply as soon as possible.

Order Status

On The Way: The goods are waiting to enter the AFM GLOBAL RESOURCES warehouse.

Arrived: The goods have entered the AFM GLOBAL RESOURCES warehouse, and the goods have been inspected. You can submit them for delivery. 

Mailed: The warehouse has sent the package to the destination, waiting for the customer to receive the goods.

How to generate a Forwarding Order

 

After you have finished shopping on the Chinese merchant website, please submit the product in the "My Order>I want to ship" section.

 

1. Fill in the details of the goods you purchased on other websites into the package information input box, and click the "Save and Submit" button after filling in. Your package will be entered into the delivery order.

2. When filling in the product package information, you must fill in the required information as follows.

     ■ *-Required

     ■ Product name- must fill in all the goods in the package because this will appear in COMMERCIAL INVOICE.

     ■ Courier tracking number- the tracking number of each package must be unique

     ■ Commodity quantity- Please fill in the quantity of goods in each package
        (*Note: not the quantity of packages).

     ■ Total price declared () - Yuan/RMB/CNY

     ■ Logistics company

  After filling in, select the desired product and press the submit all package information button to enter my order as shown below. The order has been generated, and the customer will see the submitted order in my order. The order status is waiting for shipment on the way.

3. After submitting the shipment in "My Order -> Commodity Order", it will enter to submit the waybill. Customers can choose the shipping method and additional services required. A waybill will be generated when the customer confirms the submission.

    i. The system will display the product information you submitted, confirm that all are true before proceeding to the next step.

    ii. Fill in and confirm your delivery address. Please select your shipping area here. Note that all information must be true to avoid errors in the delivery of the goods.

    iii. After selecting your shipping area, you will display different shipping methods and costs. Please select the shipping method you want here.

    iv. Next, my dear customers can choose the additional services they want to reduce the weight of the goods and inspect the goods. If you have any special instructions, please explain here. When nothing is wrong, submit the waybill to end the submission process.


4. The waybill has been generated, and the customer will see the submitted waybill in my waybill. The status of the waybill is pending.

 

5. When the status of the order is arrived (all parcels are received), the status of the waybill will be changed to waiting for weighing. Then wait for the staff to weigh and provide weight.

 

6. When the goods are weighed, the status of the waybill changes to waiting for payment. Customers will be shown weight, shipping and total shipping. If nothing is wrong, press the "Pay" button to pay the fee.

 

7. Before submitting the waybill for settlement, the system will display all the costs of the waybill for customers to confirm the waybill and settle. After confirming the submission, the goods will be automatically arranged to reach the destination you set.

8. After the payment is successful, the waybill status is waiting for shipment.

 

9. When the status of the waybill is mailed, you can track the whereabouts of the package. When the goods arrive, press the confirmation receipt to complete the whole process.

Registration is divided into two steps: "Submit Information" and "Activate Username", and the whole process only takes 2 minutes.

1. Enter the registration page, first enter a frequently used email address to activate the account.

2. Set a password.

3. Read the "Registration Agreement" carefully, and after agreeing to the terms, click the "Submit Registration" button.

4. Complete the registration.

Orders placed before 3 pm and arrive together will be processed on the same day, and those received after 5 pm will be processed on the next working day.

If all your orders have arrived at our warehouse, we will process them as quickly as possible, or you can submit the freight order to us after the goods have arrived.

For Air Shipping & Sea Shipping (Small):

We use Actual Weight and Volumetric Weight to determine your shipping fees, depending on which is higher.

Volumetric Weight = [ Length (cm) x Width (cm) x Height (cm) ] / 6000 = kg

 

For Sea Shipping (CBM):

We use Cubic Meter to determine your shipping fees.

Cubic Meter = Length (m) x Width (m) x Height (m) = m3

 

Note:

Actual Weight = Product weight including packaging on the weighing scale.

CM = Centimeter

M = Meter

CBM = Cubic Meter (m3)

You can choose the appropriate express delivery method according to the type of goods purchased, the transportation time requirements and the transportation cost:

(1) GDEX, M XPRESS, SKYNET, ABX and other air freight, the goods will be delivered to you within 4-5 working days. (Safe and fast, moderate freight)

(2) West Malaysia slow delivery, the goods will be delivered to you within 15-19 working days. (Slow speed, low freight, suitable for small packages)

(3) East Malaysia slow delivery, the goods will be delivered to you within 20-25 working days. (Slow speed, low freight, suitable for small packages)

(4) West Malaysia Shipping, the goods will be delivered to you within 15-19 working days. (Slow speed, low freight)

(5) East Malaysia Shipping will deliver the goods to you within 25-30 working days. (Slow speed, low freight)

(6) Singapore shipping, the goods will be delivered to you within 10-15 working days. (Slow speed, low freight)


Remarks:

1. The above is the time limit under normal conditions and is for reference only.

2. Slow delivery and shipping are economic routes, and unpacking services are not provided.


How can I track the delivery of my package after it has been dispatched?

You can obtain the shipping information of your package by querying the relevant website pages.

Parcel Shipment Rules & Regulations

*1.Air Shipping Items total value less than USD100 @cannot more than 15KG/order are not required to pay tax.

*2. Value Declaration: Refer to parcel value filled in RMB amount by the customer,
our system will auto convert to USD. Value declaration exchange rate as USD 1.00 = ¥6.2。

*3. Air flight fare here include custom clearance but not include tax. However, it's almost zero percent chances been tax by custom,
if your shipment has been tax, can be settled by express company.

*4.Daigou Risk: If anything happen like damage and lost to your shipment on the way to the destination,we are not responsible for that. Bear in mind while receiving your parcel, make sure your items weight and quantity is correct then only sign on it.

*5.If there is any damage on your parcel,please check on the spot and inform the delivery man;

*6.Air Shipment Compensation: If parcel lost or missing, the shipping company will follow your declaration value or the most USD100 as compensation.
The compensation will be 3 times of shipment fee or good declaration value whichever is lowest as basic. Note:If it's highly valuable goods, please contact us for buying insurance.

*7.Sea freight Compensation: If parcel lost or missing, the shipping company will follow your declaration value or the most 3 times of your shipping fare as compensation.

*8.Any issues cause by Taobao seller, we are not responsible for that. (Cheat,Color,Quality or Parcel Missing etc)

*8.If seller not honest,parcel missing half way, quality issue, send wrong good, color mistake etc. We are not responsible~

*9.If buyer received the parcel and discover the product is not the right one etc, we will help customer to request the seller to solve it.

*10.For customer who request for perfect and good quality, it's advisable while make order please choose QC service (Extra charge needed) whereby the warehouse staff will help to ensure your product in good quality when arrive in our warehouse.

*11.We would like to make sure customer can enjoy perfect buy for me service.
Make sure you understand the basic risk of buy for me service,for those items condition received by customer, we are not responsible for it. During festival, the shipment will be slow caused by custom clearance delay and big volume of shipment. We are not responsible for the delay.

*12.Parcel status show received but buyer claim that never receive it. Buyer have to trace where is their parel. Please understand that there is a risk in buy for me service, whereby goods might not arrive on time.

*13.Customer need to request seller pack the parcel in suitable way to avoid damage while shipping. Any damage on the goods received by warehouse, our company will not responsible for it but will help to get compensation from seller.

*14.If worry about goods condition, we do provide service like count goods, QC, take photos etc. Please contact customer service:kakiparcel@gmail.com. If customer complaint that wrong product or product missing or send wrongly. We are not responsible for it.

*15.All the duration provided for Air and Sea shipping here, are not cover public holiday and festival,weather, custom clearance delay etc. We are not responsible for any delay causing loss by customer.

*16.Only for those product out of stock allow to refund, else once sold out non-refundable or exchangeable.

*17.If customer make order and choose our shipping service, it means customer accept all the rules and regulations above.

*Shipment Rule !
Normal Goods & Sensitive Goods Differences:
Pirated product, liquid, beauty product, medicine, battery contains product, CD, DVD, powder and adultery products as sensitive goods.

*Air Shipment Prohibited Goods:
Dangerous goods, weapon, animal, currency, alcohol and all the international freight associate banning items.

*Weight Calculation:
If good weight is 1.2kg, we will charge 2kg as air freight fee.
According to air freight calculation, the air freight fee will use either actual weight or volumetric weight whichever is heavier. What is volumetric weight? It's based on height, width and length.

Sample 1:
Good Actual Weight:1 kg
Good Volumetric Weight:25cm x 20cm x 30cm
volumetric weight = (25 x 20 x 30)/6000
= 2.5 kg

If your goods actual weight is 1.5KG,receipt written 1.5KG, but if volumetric weight is 4.6KG,charges is based on 5KG。
Please beware of this! To avoid any arguement later!

If most of us send items like toy and plastic items etc, it takes a lot of space. But the real actual weight is actually very light. That's why the air freight company set the rule for volumetric weight calculation.

If good weight is 1.2kg, we will charge 2kg as air freight fee.

All goods have a free storage period of two months (60 days) from the day they enter the warehouse. After two months has passed, we will be charge storage fees, but if there is any loss or damage, our company will not compensate.

All packaged goods can be stored in our company for free for two months (60 days) from the day they are packaged. Anything more than two months will be deemed to have been abandoned and our company will not make any compensation for loss or damage.

Must Comply With International Air Transport Association (IATA) Regulations.

 

The air transport network refuses to accept the following items: counterfeit, liquid, powder, food, fresh, medicine, inflammable and explosive, corrosive, optical disc, arms and other items restricted by the International Air Transport Association (IATA).

 

If you have counterfeit/fake-brand goods that need to be shipped by air-customers can directly contact customer service for details. If the customer misreports/falsely reports the item type or uses the wrong shipping method, our company will not be responsible for all losses and expenses. Please provide the correct information carefully and use the appropriate shipping method.

 

What is a sensitive item?

Liquids, powders, electronic products, batteries, brand names, and imitation brands are all "sensitive items"-sensitive air transport is required


Cannot be transported by air, but sensitive to air transport?

The air freight network uses other channels to carry out some small amounts of sensitive air freight. However, on important days in China such as National Day/New Year, the customs will strictly check customs and cause slow customs clearance and delivery. Most sensitive goods may not be available for air freight but customers can choose Ship by sea.

Purchasing and Shipping Rules:

1. Air freight package clearance does not include Tax. But the probability of mid-Tax is close to 0,

* In the case of Tax, you can entrust the courier to handle it, and then the delivery will be paid to the courier.

 

2. Purchase risk

* Any accident, damage, loss, and customs confiscation of the goods in transit belong to the buyer.

* Remember that before signing for the package, you must first check the weight and quantity of the goods before signing for it.

* If the package is damaged, you must check it on the spot and notify the delivery personnel;

* Be sure to take a photo and forward it to info@jomimport.com (the first time)

* If the information is sufficient, "AFM GLOBAL RESOURCES" will do its best to claim the customer from the transportation company.

* (Once the goods are signed for, it is assumed that the goods are complete and without problems when they are received. Therefore, in order to avoid unpleasant things and misunderstandings, please check carefully before signing for it.)

 

3. Our shop will not be responsible for any problems caused by Taobao sellers. (Such as: fraud, color difference, poor quality, low delivery, etc.)

 

4. Such as seller fraud, loss during transportation, quality problems, wrong version of goods, wrong color and other issues, we will not be responsible for it~ (Alipay but guarantee)

 

5. If the buyer finds that the seller has sent the wrong goods after receiving the goods, he will not be responsible, but will try his best to find a solution to the Taobao seller.

 

6. For those with strict quality requirements, perfectionists, it is recommended to choose the agent inspection service before placing an order (additional payment is required), and the purchasing risk and logistics process must be considered.

* Because our company wants to ensure that both parties can provide you with the perfect purchasing service in a pleasant situation.

* It must be understood that based on the purchasing risk, our shop is not responsible for any dissatisfaction with the goods in hand.

* All product quality risks are borne by customers.

* The store is not responsible for the slowness and delay caused by the customs inspection during the holidays.

 

7. The receipt is shown, but the buyer has not received the package. Buyers need to find traces of packages in person. Please forgive me.

 

8. Purchasing agent has certain risks, and sometimes it may not arrive within the scheduled time.

9. The customer needs to ask the buyer to provide appropriate packaging when sending the goods to prevent the goods from being damaged in transit. The goods in the package have been damaged when they arrive at our company. Our company will not bear it, but will try to replace it. Seller recovers.

 
10. If you are worried about the goods and need to order the goods, inspect the goods, or take pictures, please contact customer service. After the customer complains about the wrong version of the goods, the goods are missed, or sent wrong, our company will not bear this responsibility.

 

11. All delivery days are provided, excluding holidays/holidays, weather effects/customs processing delays, etc. If there is a delay, our company will not be liable for delay compensation.

 

12. Refunds will only be made when the goods are out of stock, and all sold goods will not be returned or replaced.

 

13. If the customer places an order and let our company undertake the freight service, it is equivalent to accepting the above terms.

 

* Remember to use the purchasing service to place an order after consideration and understanding of the process before submitting; wait patiently for the parcel to arrive, and everything is complete.

Payment

You can transfer money through Internet Banking Fund Transfer (IBFT) or Cash Deposit Machine (CDM) to our company bank account CIMB or Maybank, and take a screenshot of the successful transfer message then submit it to us through our website system.

You can transfer money through TNG eWallet, DuitNow QR and PayPal to our company account and take a screenshot of the successful transfer message then submit it to us through our website system.

So far, only five International Credit/Debit Cards (VISA/Mastercard/AMEX/Discover/Diners) are supported. For FPX we are using Billplz and only support Malaysia Internet Banking.

Account

Click "Forgotten Password" in "Member Login" and follow the prompts to retrieve your password. If the password cannot be retrieved according to the above method, please contact our customer service staff.

After Sale Service

Product Return / Exchange Process


Step 1: If you need to return the product because of the quality of the product, please send an email to the Daigou customer service to apply for the return.

Step 2: After receiving your application, the Daigou customer service will communicate with domestic sellers. When it is determined that they accept the return or exchange, the Daigou customer service will contact you via email to inform you of the details of the return or exchange.

Step 3: After understanding the details of the return letter, please return the relevant items (commodity + original purchase certificate + original packaging + copy of the return review result email sent to you by Daigou.com) to Daigou as soon as possible.


Caution:

For returned goods, please be sure to return them to the purchasing agent within the time limit that the merchant promises to return the goods. At the same time, because international returns and exchanges take a considerable amount of time (usually a wait of more than one month), please wait patiently during the return and exchange process. Daigou.com will also inform you of the progress of the return and exchange in time.

Our company will review the information received and pay compensation. The compensation standard is 5 times the value of the goods or the freight, whichever is lower, and the maximum does not exceed RMB 600.
